Preservation of the Bay:

Government Liaison: direct participation in township committees and reporting on discussions and decisions of interest to our community.

Georgian Bay Association (GBA) Membership: an umbrella group with a specific focus on the bigger issues (Municipal, District, Provincial, Federal) that are beyond the reach of our association.  The scope of GBA efforts continues to increase as we experience more and more downloading from govt to govt.  These efforts are critical to the preservation of our predominately water-based community.

Development Issue Monitoring: tracking and monitoring development.

Helps Protect Your Property:

Winter Patrol: HHA members have their cottages inspected three times over the winter.  Open doors, broken windows, heavy snowfall and break-ins are reported to you.

Keeps You Informed:

Annual Meeting: held at Honey Harbour, for your annual update.

Honey Harbour Hoots: this review brings you the activities of the summer, reports on activities over the past year, includes advertising from area merchants and a listing of all members of your association.

Newsletters and Updates: periodic newsletters and updates on important urgent topics.

Social and Fun:

Old School House: maintained by our Association and used for many of our activities and events.

Honey Harbour Community Church: held at the Old School House Sundays at 10:30 a.m.

Honey Harbour Club: Day Camp for association members, with programs for kids ages 5 to 14.

Annual Regatta: family fun with a competitive spirit, held on the Saturday of the Civic Holiday   Weekend.

JulyFest BBQ & Auction: the annual auction and BBQ held by the Honey Harbour Club.

Honey Harbour Tennis Club: extended season tennis with round robins and an annual golf tournament.

Moonlight Madness Dance: the dance of the summer! A fundraising dance under the stars at the Old School House.

Pig Roast and Evening of Music: great food and good fun for the whole family.
