Another great year in Paradise!

Summer 2007 saw another great season of Tennis at the HHTC!
Junior interest continues to grow, and Club regulars continue to battle it out in singles and doubles.

We saw a changing of the guard within the Clubs management, with long time contributors like Jeff Patterson, Barry Fendley and Mary Roth stepping down from their roles after years of service. Thanks to all of you for your efforts and years of commitment!

 

The weekly junior program continues to evolve with the support of our “Cottage Mom’s” and Jeremy Walkers contribution to the season ending Junior Championships. These Boys and Girls represent the future of HHTC and I must say, the future looks very bright…….some of these kids can really play!

 

This year the Association will be celebrating 100 years on July 19th. The Association is planning a day of   celebration, with various activities at the School House and rumour has it the current July Fest will be renamed “The Steak In”, as in its namesake of 20 years ago. The Tennis Club will also celebrate our history by honoring some of our past contributors. Stay tuned for further developments.
